Mr. Andrew Tsui, Chairman of Korn/Ferry International Hong Kong and Ms. Alice
Au, Regional Managing Director of Heidrick & Struggles to be our guest
speakers and to share with us their thoughts on what makes a top corporate
leader and what it takes to rise to the top of the profession. Heidrick & Struggles and Korn/Ferry are
the 2 global executive search and leadership consulting firms.
Alice Au leads the CEO & Board Practice in Asia
Pacific at Heidrick and Struggles and is a core member of the firm's Private
Equity and Financial Services practices. Before joining Heidrick &
Struggles, Alice has worked as a semiconductor
engineer and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York. Alice holds a
chemical engineering degree from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business
School.
Andrew Tsui is the
Chairman of Korn/Ferry International’s Hong Kong and Southern
China offices. Mr. Tsui heads the General Practice which covers
recruiting Board members and senior level executives. Prior to executive search
and leadership consulting, Mr. Tsui has worked in the financial services sector
and as an accountant. Andrew holds a degree in social sciences from the University of Hong Kong and is a Canadian Chartered
Accountant.
