The
Oxford & Cambridge Society of Hong Kong is proud to announce that Mr Billy
Leung, Chairman of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals has accepted invitation to be
the guest speaker at our dinner talk on the evening of Tuesday, 15th February
2011. He will speak on the topic of "History of Tung Wah Group ".
Tung Wah Group of Hospitals established in 1870, had 140 years of history
and was the longest standing charitable organisation in Hong Kong.
Mr
Leung received his bachelor and master degree in Computer Science, from
Churchill College, Cambridge. Mr. Leung has been involved in various
social programmes in mainland China. He is Committee Member of All China Youth
Federation and is Director of Chinese Association of Young Scientists and
Technologists.
Mr
Leung was appointed on the Council Member of Hong Kong Award for Young People
and was the Founding Council Member of Hong Kong Professionals and Senior
Executive Association. He is Member of Advisory Committee on Enhancing
Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme. He was Past President of
Hong Kong Metropolitan Lions Club.
A
Chinese banquet dinner will be served with wines in the elegant surroundings of
the library in The China Club.
Tickets
for this special event are: HK$630 for members and HK$680 for guests.
