THE Christmas Cocktail PARTY

Wednesday, 9 December 2009   6 pm to 8 pm

The Garden Lounge, 4/F Hong Kong Club
1
Jackson Road, Central, Hong Kong

Our annual charity Christmas Cocktail Party will take place at The Hong Kong Club, on Wednesday, 9 December from 6 pm to 8 pm.  This is one of the most popular events in the Society’s calendar so come and enjoy socialising with other members, friends and colleagues in the delightful Garden Lounge with its unique view of the Hong Kong Christmas lights.  Drinks and canapés - including the ever-popular, mouth-watering roast ham and mustard will be served.  Swiss Raclette cheese with condiments will also be served for the first time at this annual event.

For those making advanced booking and payment, the price for both members and their guests is HK$300, kept at the same amount as last year, a decision we have made in view of the present economic climate and its effects on many of us.  The price for walk-in registration is HK$350 for both members and their guests.

Adhering to tradition, any income generated from this event will be donated to a charity. This year's chosen charity is the Ocean Park Conservation Foundation, a charity organization dedicated to the education and conservation work in Hong Kong and the rest of Asia . For more information on their efforts, please visit http://www.opcf.org.hk/.  We will also be collecting any additional donations that you may wish to contribute to the OPCF on behalf of the charity.

Dress code: Jeans, T-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, sports shoes and flip-flops are not acceptable.  No denim may be worn at any time in the Club.  Mobile phones must be turned off within the club.
