| We intend to pilot this Programme on a smaller scale at first and have decided to restrict it to: (1) committee members of our Society (as mentors); and (2) committee members of both the Oxford University Hong Kong Society and the Cambridge University Chinese Society (as mentees). Having already spoken to these respective student societies, we have received 16 completed application forms for our Society's Mentorship Programme (9 from Oxford and 7 from Cambridge)! A full take-up from all committee members of each of these student societies! We strongly believe that there is immense growth potential for the proposed mentorship programme with a view, if this pilot programme is successful, to extend its scope to other members of our Society and the two student societies in future years. |
